Lead paint removal services from Central Insulation Systems Inc. protect residential, commercial, industrial, and government properties from hazardous lead exposure. Our certified abatement specialists ensure full regulatory compliance while safely eliminating lead paint hazards from your building.
Why You Can Trust Us
Lead paint abatement requires specialized training, equipment, and certifications that Central Insulation Systems has maintained since 1988. We serve government agencies, major corporations, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and homeowners who need compliant lead paint removal before renovation or to eliminate ongoing exposure risks.
Our lead paint removal services cover all property types, from single-family homes to large industrial complexes. Common scenarios include pre-renovation abatement, emergency response to lead hazards, and proactive removal in buildings with deteriorating lead paint. We handle both interior and exterior lead paint situations.
Every lead abatement project includes comprehensive site assessment, proper containment setup, certified removal using EPA-approved methods, waste disposal according to hazardous material regulations, and coordination with independent clearance testing. We do not perform the final clearance testing ourselves to ensure unbiased verification of work completion.
Our certified technicians follow strict protocols to protect both workers and building occupants during the abatement process. We maintain all required licenses and insurance coverage for lead abatement work across the 30+ states we serve, including Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton, and Athens, Ohio.

lead paint vs lead dust removal difference
You know your old house has lead paint. You're confused about whether you need paint removal, dust cleanup, or both. You don't want to make the problem worse.
Lead paint that's intact and not chipping is less dangerous than lead dust from sanding or scraping. If you're renovating, you need certified lead-safe work practices. If paint is already flaking, you need professional lead paint removal and dust cleanup.
lead paint removal vs encapsulation
Your house has lead paint. One contractor wants to remove it completely. Another says encapsulation is fine. You don't know which approach is better.
Encapsulation is cheaper and faster but temporary. Complete removal costs more but eliminates the problem forever. If you're renovating or have young children, removal is usually worth the extra cost.
