The walls and fixtures you need to remove are blocking your renovation project from moving forward. Old drywall, ceiling tiles, and built-in cabinets have to come out before the new work can start. Central Insulation Systems Inc. handles interior demolition across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
Why You Can Trust Us
Interior demolition work depends on what decade your building was constructed. Buildings from the 1950s through 1980s often have asbestos in drywall compound, ceiling tiles, and pipe insulation. You'll see 9-inch square ceiling tiles, textured wall surfaces, or white pipe wrap around heating systems. The materials look normal but require testing before removal.
You can't move forward with your renovation until the old materials come out safely. Your general contractor won't touch walls that might contain asbestos. The project timeline stops completely while you figure out who can handle the demolition work. Insurance won't cover damage if hazardous materials get disturbed incorrectly.
Central Insulation Systems Inc. tests all suspect materials before starting any demolition work. The crew seals off your work area with plastic sheeting and negative air machines. Central Insulation Systems Inc. removes fixtures first, then ceiling materials, then wall sections in the right sequence to keep dust contained. All debris gets packaged according to EPA rules and disposed of at licensed facilities. New framing or drywall installation is separate if you want it after the demolition is complete.
Your space will be clean and ready for the next phase of construction. The air quality will meet clearance standards for safe occupancy. Your contractor can start the rebuild work without any environmental concerns.

lead paint removal vs encapsulation
Your house has lead paint. One contractor wants to remove it completely. Another says encapsulation is fine. You don't know which approach is better.
Encapsulation is cheaper and faster but temporary. Complete removal costs more but eliminates the problem forever. If you're renovating or have young children, removal is usually worth the extra cost.
