Why is asbestos so expensive to remove?
The work has to be done safely and by the rules. That means sealing the area off, running negative air through a HEPA filter, a licensed and trained crew, proper disposal of the waste, and final clearance before anyone uses the space again. We are EPA and OSHA compliant on every job.

What insulation is used for commercial buildings?
It depends on what is being insulated. We install Thermafiber mineral wool board, Owens Corning fiberglass pipe insulation with an ASJ jacket, foil-faced duct wrap on HVAC ductwork, rigid board insulation on walls, and spray-applied fireproofing on structural steel.
