While we are not a demolition contractor by definition, there are many times that we are called upon to provide our services to a number of contractors and projects that involve demolition. If a building is to be renovated or demolished and contains asbestos containing materials in quantities that exceed a particular threshold, that demolition work must be performed by a licensed asbestos removal contractor. Most demolition contractors don’t handle enough projects involving asbestos to justify the additional expense of licensing, certification, and training. That’s where we come in. We have been involved in both demolition and renovation projects of all sizes and scopes. We always take every precaution to ensure the proper removal and disposal of all materials, as well as preservation of any items or materials that are to remain within the structure.
